Our products are custom printed exclusively for you at the time of your purchase. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order (it arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your online proof), please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your items. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a reprinted item.
To be eligible for a reprint, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must also retain the original packaging.
To complete a reprint, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be required to provide no less than 7 photographs of the damaged item(s) and outer packaging taken from multiple angles. Once your photographs are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your reprint request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your reprint request.
If you are approved, then your reprint will be processed, and reshipped via the ORIGINAL shipment method selected for your purchase.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your reprinted product(s) to reach you, may vary.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Order arrives damaged and there is not enough time to reprint for the event.
