It depends on how many guests you have and whether you list them alphabetically or by table: 24x36, up to 160 guests or 12 tables · 24x48, up to 225 guests or 15 tables · 30x54, up to 285 guests or 20 tables · 36x72 (foam board only), up to 325 guests or 28 tables · two 24x36 boards, up to 320 guests or 24 tables.
Download the matching template (alphabetical or by table), complete it, and upload it with your order. Our designers take it from there. (Please order once your list is ready, since there's no option to send it later.)
About 10 to 14 business days from order to doorstep. Your digital proof arrives by email in 1 to 3 business days, each round of revisions adds 1 business day, production takes 4 business days after you approve, and shipping takes 4 to 6.
About 4 weeks before your wedding. The latest we'd suggest is 3 weeks out with standard shipping, or 2 weeks with expedited shipping.
Our foam board (we use Gatorboard, a sturdier, heavier foam board) is light, portable, moisture-resistant (though not waterproof) and finished in a matte, fade-resistant print. Acrylic is sturdy, but it can scratch or break with improper care, so keep the protective film on until the big day. Our largest size, 36x72, comes in foam board only.
