- Select your favorite seating chart design from our online shop.
- Download and complete your guest list template (see below).
- Upload your completed template, select your sign size and colors, and place your order.
Step 2 - Review Your Design
One of our skilled designers will create your seating chart with the details you submitted. We'll send a digital proof via email for your review.
Step 3 - Approve & Ship
You may request edits if needed. Once approved, we'll print and ship your sign straight to your doorstep.
You can choose to list your guests alphabetically or by table number on your sign. Please select your preferred layout template below.
📌 Important:
- Your completed guest list must be submitted at the time of order using one of our templates.
- Lists submitted in other formats will be returned for correction, which may delay your order.
- Changing your layout (alphabetical vs. table number) after your proof has been delivered will incur a $55 reformatting fee.
Sizing
Our seating charts are available in multiple sizes:
(1) 24"x36" Board
Accommodates up to 160 guests listed alphabetically, or 12 tables if listed by table number. Board is 1/8" thick.
(2) 24”x36” boards
Accommodates up to 320 guests listed alphabetically, or 24 tables if listed by table number. Names will flow from the first board to the second. (Not 2 duplicate boards). Boards are 1/8" thick.
24”x48” Board
Accommodates up to 225 guests listed alphabetically, or 15 tables if listed by table number.
- Standing boards (no drill holes) are 1/4" thick.
- Hanging boards (with drill holes) are 1/8" thick.
30”x54” Board
Accommodates up to 285 guests if listed alphabetically, or 20 tables if listed by table number.
- Standing boards (no drill holes) are 1/4" thick.
- Hanging boards (with drill holes) are 1/8" thick.
36”x72” Board (Available in Gatorboard Only)
Accommodates up to 325 guests if listed alphabetically, or 28 tables if listed by table number. Board is 3/16" thick.
All acrylic signs (except black) are translucent—light may pass through them depending on placement and surrounding lighting conditions.
Printed colors may appear lighter than what you see on your screen due to monitor variations, translucency and lighting.
Acrylic signs have a glossy finish.
About Acrylic Wedding Signs
Acrylic is a beautiful, plastic material. It's a stylish, durable option for both indoor and outdoor wedding signs.
We print your design directly onto 1/8" or 1/4" thick acrylic using high-quality UV ink for a sleek, long-lasting finish.
Drilled Holes
Need to hang your sign? We can add 3/8" holes near the top corners for easy display.
Custom Shapes
Want something unique? We can laser cut your sign into a custom shape for a small extra fee. Choose your preferred shape at checkout.
Care Tips
Acrylic is sturdy but can scratch or break with improper care. Keep the protective film on until you're ready to use it. Clean gently with a damp, soft cloth.

Turnaround Timeline
To ensure your sign arrives on time and stress-free, we strongly recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks before your event date (2 weeks if you expedite shipping).
Our typical turnaround from order to delivery is 10-14 business days (approximately 2–2.5 weeks, depending on proof approval time and shipping location).
Production Timeline
We know timing is everything when planning your wedding! Here's what to expect:
- Design Proof: 1–3 Business Days
You'll receive a digital proof via email within 1–3 business days after placing your order. - Revisions (if needed): +1 Business Day
If you request edits, please allow 1 additional business day for updates. - Production Time: 4 Business Days
Once you approve your proof, your sign will be printed and prepared for shipment within 4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). - Shipping Time: 4–6 Business Days

The fonts used in our designs are carefully selected by our designers for both aesthetics & functionality. We do not offer font changes for this reason.
If you are not satisfied with the font used in your design you may use one of your proofing rounds to switch to a different design within our shop. If you choose to switch, this will constitute one full round of the two complimentary proofs that are included in your order. Additional edits/design switches will be billed at $55 per round.
Proofing Time
You will receive your initial design proof in 1-3 business days. Please allow 1 business day for edit requests.
Printing Time
Once proofs are approved, please allow 4 business days (Monday - Friday only, holidays excluded) for printing before your order ships.
Shipping
Free ground shipping (4-6 business days) is included with your purchase. If you need your order faster you may upgrade your shipping speed at checkout.
We do not offer guaranteed delivery dates. Kindly refer to the estimated delivery range above to see when you can anticipate your order arrival.
