Two electronic proofs are included. Please note that spreadsheets must be formatted properly before we can accept them. Incorrectly formatted spreadsheets will be sent back for correction.

We only import one spreadsheet per order. If you have more than 5 changes after initial proof design, a $35 spreadsheet re-import fee will be charged, so please check your information carefully before submission.

Shipping: Complimentary ground shipping is included with all orders.

Escort cards tell your guests which table they’re seated at—while a place card lets them know which specific seat they’re assigned once they get to their table.

Escort cards are displayed at the entrance to your reception. They include a table number to indicate where guests will be seated. Guests use this card to "escort" them to their table. You may elect to print escort cards for each individual guest or you may choose to print 1 card per couple or family.

Place cards indicate assigned seating and they are displayed at each table setting. Place cards are printed per individual and not per couple/family. If you are serving multiple entrées, you may choose to include meal selection indicators on each place card.

After you place your order we'll get right to work creating your stunning design!

Your purchase includes 2 rounds of emailed proofs. The first round is based off of the spreadsheet submitted in your order and the remaining round is for revisions.

One of our designers will personalize your design with the information you submitted. We will email your FIRST proof in 1 to 3 business days (M-F only 9 -5, excluding major holidays) after your order is placed. Once you receive it, please respond via the included proofing form to approve your design(s) for print or request minor edits.

If you request edits, your SECOND and FINAL proof will be ready in 1 to 3 business days M-F (excluding major holidays) from receipt of any change requests received.

If needed, we are happy to offer additional rounds of proofing beyond your SECOND proof at a rate of $55 per round.

Be sure to check your email frequently during the proofing process to keep your order on track! We will not begin printing your order until you we receive an approval from you. This means you remain in complete control of the process—nothing is printed until you’re happy!

The fonts used in our designs are carefully selected by our designers for both aesthetics & functionality. We do not offer font changes for this reason.

If you are not satisfied with the font used in your design you may use one of your proofing rounds to switch to a different design within our shop. If you choose to switch, this will constitute one full round of the two complimentary proofs that are included in your order.  Additional edits/design switches will be billed at $55 per round.


Digital proofs are emailed to you within 3 business days (Monday - Friday only, holidays excluded) after purchase. Two complimentary rounds of revisions are included. Additional rounds will incur a fee. Please see our POLICY page for additional details.


Once proofs are approved, please allow 5 business days (Monday - Friday only, holidays excluded) for printing and your order will ship afterward.
