
Double Envelopes
Planning a black tie or traditional wedding? We suggest upgrading to double envelopes to ensure your wedding invitation suite matches the formality of your event.
When you purchase double envelopes you will receive both an inner and outer envelope for your wedding invitation cards. Your envelope color will match the paper color selected for your suite.
Outer Envelope
• 5.5" x 7.5"
• White or Cream
• Return address printed on back flap
Inner Envelope
• 5.25" x 7.25"
• White or Cream
• Ungummed
• Printed on front with your guest names
• If you order envelope liners this is the envelope that will be lined.
Your guests' names will be digitally printed on the front of the inner invitation envelopes in a typeface that corresponds with your invitation suite. You may match the ink color of your printed pieces OR select black ink.
Please submit your guest names using the template below with your order. Names will not be accepted in any other format. Please carefully check your file for accuracy before submission. Incorrectly formatted templates will be returned to you for revisions.
The designed envelopes will be proofed with the rest of your order. Please note: We will edit up to 3 envelopes after your proof is delivered. More than 3 edits (adding new names, and/or changing names, spelling, etc.) will be subject to a $45 template reimport fee, so it is imperative that you check your file for accuracy before submission.

Step 2 - Review Your Design
One of our skilled designers will personalize your design with the details you submitted. We'll send a digital proof via email for your review.*
Step 3 - Approve & Ship
You may request edits if needed. Once approved, we'll print and ship your sign straight to your doorstep.
*Please note: We will not send a email proof for table numbers because the text is not customizable.

Our typical turnaround from order to delivery is 8-11 business days.
Production Timeline
We know timing is everything when planning your wedding! Here's what to expect:
- Design Proof: 1–3 Business Days
You'll receive a digital proof via email within 1–3 business days after placing your order. - Revisions (if needed): +1 Business Day
If you request edits, please allow 1 additional business day for updates. - Production Time: 4 Business Days
Once you approve your proof, your sign will be printed and prepared for shipment within 4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). - Shipping Time: 3-4 Business Days
Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-4 business days. Need it faster? Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. - Total Time To Delivery: 8 - 11 Business Days

Because each sign is custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.
