How To Submit Guest Names For Your Seating Chart

Go to the Spreadsheet tab above and download the appropriate template for your desired seating chart arrangement.

Complete the template being sure to alphabetize your guest list prior to submitting your order.

Once we receive your order, a professional designer will create a design proof based on your requested customization details.

We will email a digital proof within 3 business days of ordering (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays).

You’ll work 1-1 with your designer via email to refine your design before printing.

Every Purchase Includes:

• A personalized digital proof

• 1-1 partnership with a designer

• Two revision rounds for edits

All of our items are made to order. The total time it takes to receive your purchase is a combination of proofing time, printing time and shipping time.

Printing Time

Once proofs are approved, please allow 4 business days (Monday - Friday only, holidays excluded) for printing before your order ships.

Shipping

Free ground shipping (1-5 business days) is included with your purchase. If you need your order faster you may upgrade your shipping speed at checkout.

We do not offer guaranteed delivery dates. Kindly refer to the estimated delivery range above to see when you can anticipate your order arrival.

International Shipping

We are only able to accept orders to shipping addresses within the contiguous United States and do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or US Territories.

The Materials

Our wedding sign sets are availble in 2 material options:

Gatorboard Wedding Signs

Gatorboard is a more durable, higher quality version of traditional foam board. It is made from solid foam core sandwiched between 2 sheets of wood fiber veneer.

These signs are rigid, yet lightweight, portable & easy to display. 

Our designs are professionally printed with UV ink directly onto the gatorboard. The printed signs are sturdy, full color & fade resistant with a matte finish. When viewed from a close distance, you may notice slight pixelation of the lettering due to the wood fibers. This is natural and does not affect the quality of the design when viewed from the intended distance.

Acrylic Wedding Signs

Acrylic is a rigid plastic-like material available in multiple colors and opacities. More durable than glass, it is a beautiful, modern option for wedding signage. It is fantastic for both indoor and outdoor usage.

We use a professional UV ink printer to print your design directly onto rigid acrylic. This top-of-the-line printing method gives a more crisp, sophisticated finish than vinyl lettering (which can bubble & tear) and paint markers (which can rub off).

Seating Charts

This seating chart will accommodate ~185 guests listed alphabetically or 15 tables if listed by table number.

Care

Gatorboard

Our gatorbaord wedding signs are durable, but edges may chip or dent with improper care. To prevent damage, we recommend that you store the sign in the original packaging until ready to display

To clean your sign, use a soft, non-abrasive cloth.

Acrylic

Our acrylic wedding signs are sturdy, but may scratch or shatter with improper care. To prevent damage, we recommend that you do not remove the plastic packaging film until you are ready to display your signage.
