Once we receive your order, a professional designer will create a design proof based on your requested customization details.
We will email a digital proof within 3 business days of ordering (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll work 1-1 with your designer via email to refine your design before printing.

Shipping & Returns
All of our items are made to order. The total time it takes to receive your purchase is a combination of proofing time, printing time and shipping time.
Printing Time
Once proofs are approved, please allow 10 business days (Monday - Friday only, holidays excluded) for digital printing before your order ships.
Please allow 15 business days for foil or letterpress printing before your order ships.
Shipping
Free ground shipping (1-5 business days) is included with your purchase. If you need your order faster you may upgrade your shipping speed at checkout.
We do not offer guaranteed delivery dates. Kindly refer to the estimated delivery range above to see when you can anticipate your order arrival.
International Shipping
We are only able to accept orders to shipping addresses within the contiguous United States and do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or US Territories.

Returns
Our products are custom printed exclusively for you at the time of your purchase. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges.

Paper Options:
Suites include your choice of white or cream paper with a euro-flap envelope in your choice of color.
Digitally printed pieces will be printed on 120 lb. eggshell paper.
Foil & Letterpress pieces will be printed on 100% Cotton paper.
Address Printing:
The cost of your suite includes printing your return address on the back flap of the main invitation envelope and also the front of the response envelope (if applicable).
Guest address printing on the outer invitation envelope is also included.

Frequently Asked Questions
Order
Currently, we only accept orders to shipping addresses within the contiguous United States, and do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or US Territories.
After you place your order we'll get right to work creating your stunning design!
Your purchase includes 2 rounds of emailed proofs. The first round is based off of the wording submitted in your order and the remaining round is for revisions.
One of our designers will personalize your design with the information you submitted. We will email your FIRST proof in 1 to 3 business days (M-F only 9 -5, excluding major holidays) after your order is placed. Once you receive it, please respond via the included proofing form to approve your design(s) for print or request minor edits.
If you request edits, your SECOND and FINAL proof will be ready in 1 to 3 business days M-F (excluding major holidays) from receipt of any change requests received.
If needed, we are happy to offer additional rounds of proofing beyond your SECOND proof at a rate of $55 per round.
Be sure to check your email frequently during the proofing process to keep your order on track! We will not begin printing your order until you we receive an approval from you. This means you remain in complete control of the process—nothing is printed until you’re happy!
The fonts used in our designs are carefully selected by our designers for both aesthetics & functionality. We do not offer font changes for this reason.
If you are not satisfied with the font used in your design you may use one of your proofing rounds to switch to a different design within our shop. If you choose to switch, this will constitute one full round of the two complimentary proofs that are included in your order. Additional edits/design switches will be billed at $55 per round.
PROOFS
Digital proofs are emailed to you within 3 business days (Monday - Friday only, holidays excluded) after purchase. Two complimentary rounds of revisions are included. Additional rounds will incur a fee. Please see our POLICY page for additional details.
PRODUCTION
Once proofs are approved, please allow 10 business days for digital printing (15 business days for foil or letterpress printing) and your order will ship afterward. Business days are Monday - Friday only, holidays excluded.
Please Note: Production time is IN ADDITION to proofing and shipping time. Once processed, your order will ship via the delivery method selected at checkout.
SHIPPING
Complimentary ground shipping is included with your purchase. If you need your order faster you may upgrade your shipping method at checkout.
