- Download and complete your guest list template (see below).
- Upload your completed template and place your order.
Step 2 - Review Your Design
One of our skilled designers will create your place card design with the details you submitted. We'll send a digital proof via email for your review.
Step 3 - Approve & Ship
You may request edits if needed. Once approved, we'll print and ship your order straight to your doorstep.

📌Important:
- Your completed guest list must be submitted at the time of order using one of our templates.
- Lists submitted in other formats will be returned for correction, which may delay your order.
- Please check your list thoroughly for accuracy before submission.We will edit up to 10 cards during the proofing process. More than 10 edits, or changing your card style (flat vs. tented) will require a $55 spreadsheet re-import fee.

Our typical turnaround from order to delivery is 8-11 business days.
Production Timeline
We know timing is everything when planning your wedding! Here's what to expect:
- Design Proof: 1–3 Business Days
You'll receive a digital proof via email within 1–3 business days after placing your order. - Revisions (if needed): +1 Business Day
If you request edits, please allow 1 additional business day for updates. - Production Time: 4 Business Days
Once you approve your proof, your sign will be printed and prepared for shipment within 4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). - Shipping Time: 3-4 Business Days
Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-4 business days. Need it faster? Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. - Total Time To Delivery: 8 - 11 Business Days
