Turnaround Timeline
To ensure your sign arrives on time and stress-free, we strongly recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks before your event date (2 weeks if you expedite shipping).
Our typical turnaround from order to delivery is 10-14 business days (approximately 2–2.5 weeks, depending on proof approval time and shipping location).
Production Timeline
We know timing is everything when planning your wedding! Here's what to expect:
- Design Proof: 1–3 Business Days
You'll receive a digital proof via email within 1–3 business days after placing your order. - Revisions (if needed): +1 Business Day
If you request edits, please allow 1 additional business day for updates. - Production Time: 4 Business Days
Once you approve your proof, your sign will be printed and prepared for shipment within 4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). - Shipping Time: 4–6 Business Days
We offer free ground shipping, which typically takes 4–6 business days. Need it faster? Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. - Total Time To Delivery: 10 - 14 Business Days

The fonts used in our designs are carefully selected by our designers for both aesthetics & functionality. We do not offer font changes for this reason.
If you are not satisfied with the font used in your design you may use one of your proofing rounds to switch to a different design within our shop. If you choose to switch, this will constitute one full round of the two complimentary proofs that are included in your order.
Additional edits/design switches will be billed at $55 per round.
Yes, we'd be happy to customize the wording for you. Please leave your requested text in the "Special Notes" box when you checkout. You will receive a proof after purchase to make sure that everything is perfect before your sign is printed.
