This wedding sign duo can be customized with your choice of colors, font, and sign types. Select a timeline sign, a quote sign, or a seating chart for the larger sign.
For your seating chart, you may list the names alphabetically or by table name/number.
Please note: These signs are not self-standing. You must purchase a sign stand or prop them against something sturdy for display purposes. The white sign stand and florals shown are not included with your purchase. Please see "The Details" tab for recommendations on sign stands.
Step 1
Select your favorite seating chart design from our online shop. Download and complete your guest list template (see below).
Upload your completed template, select your sign size and colors, and complete your purchase.
Step 2
One of our skilled designers will create your seating chart with the details you submitted. We'll send you a preview of the design to review via email.
Step 3
You may request edits if needed, otherwise, if all looks great, you'll approve your design and we'll print and ship your sign straight to your doorstep.
You can choose to list your guests alphabetically or by table number on your seating chart sign. Please choose your preferred guest list template below.
Your guest list must be submitted at the time you place your order using one of the above templates. Guest lists submitted in any other format will be returned to you for correction before your design is created. Spreadsheets that require correction will change the estimated printing and delivery date shown during personalization. Changing your layout type (alphabetical or by table number) after your proof is delivered will result in a $55 reformatting fee.

*Please note: All acrylic signs (excluding black) are translucent, meaning some light may pass through them depending on placement and surrounding lighting conditions. Additionally, printed colors may appear slightly different from what you see on your screen during proofing. Variations in screen settings and lighting can affect how colors are perceived.
Acrylic signs have a glossy finish. Gatorboard signs have a matte finish.

This seating chart will accommodate ~225 guests listed alphabetically or 15 tables if listed by table number.

About Gatorboard Wedding Signs
Gatorboard is a more durable, higher quality version of traditional foam board. These signs are more rigid, yet still lightweight, portable & easy to display.
Our designs are professionally printed with UV ink directly onto the gatorboard. The printed signs are sturdy, full color & fade resistant with a matte finish.
About Acrylic Wedding Signs
Acrylic is a rigid plastic-like material available in multiple colors and opacities. More durable than glass, it is a beautiful, modern option for wedding signage. It is fantastic for both indoor and outdoor usage.
We use a professional UV ink printer to print your design directly onto 1/4" thick acrylic. This top-of-the-line printing method gives a more sophisticated finish than vinyl lettering (which can bubble & tear) and paint markers (which can rub off).

Care
Our wedding signs are sturdy, but may scratch, dent or shatter with improper care. To prevent damage, we recommend that you do not remove the plastic packaging film until you are ready to display your signage.
To clean your sign, use a soft, non-abrasive cloth.

Proofing Time
You'll receive a design proof via email within 3 business days of ordering. Edit requests add 1 business day.
Printing Time
Once you approve your proof, please allow 4 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) for printing.

International Shipping
We currently ship only within the contiguous U.S. (no international, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Territories).

The fonts used in our designs are carefully selected by our designers for both aesthetics & functionality. We do not offer font changes for this reason.
If you are not satisfied with the font used in your design you may use one of your proofing rounds to switch to a different design within our shop. If you choose to switch, this will constitute one full round of the two complimentary proofs that are included in your order. Additional edits/design switches will be billed at $55 per round.
Proofing Time
You will receive your initial design proof in 1-3 business days. Please allow 1 business day for edit requests.
Printing Time
Once proofs are approved, please allow 4 business days (Monday - Friday only, holidays excluded) for printing before your order ships.
Shipping
Free ground shipping (1-5 business days) is included with your purchase. If you need your order faster you may upgrade your shipping speed at checkout.
